Jeremy Barlow’s unique style of painting is used to brilliant effect in thissuperb new collection of landscapes and townscapes. An inveteratetraveller, especially drawn to the radiant skies and relaxed outdoor lifeof the Mediterranean, Jeremy spends much of the year painting inFrance, Spain and Italy. His sensitivity to light and atmosphere emergesfully in his paintings of sun-drenched town squares or shady side streetswhere his distinctive handling of perspective and dramatic treatment oflight and shadow throw the scene into high relief and artfully lead the viewer into the picture.
